Bandung is a City in Indonesia, with quite a large amount of Japanese expatriate population. We are a group of Textile Manufacturing facilities who has been around since the 1975s. We are seeking individuals both young and senior who is keen and have good knowledge of Japanese Manufactring Systems and at minimum some experience in Japanese Textile industry. For Seniors who wants to continue to work after their retirements are welcome to join us. We will provide you with a constant, steady job that will not put too much pressure.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $45k-80k based on skills and competency

Primary Responsibilities:

• Overseeing manufacturing facility with over 1000 employees.
• ensure Production efficiency
• Prepare maintenance standards to ensure that machines are well maintained and are running at the best possible conditions
• Ensure the synergies and rules accross different interconecting jobs that involves the production operations of the company
• General engineering knowledge in order to properly recognize causes and solutions of common machine errors (both mechanically and elecctronically)

• BS college degree in engineering or a related field (Masters degree a plus)
• Experience in any kind of Textile Industry that involves manufacturing Fabrics and yarn
• Good communication, presence, and presentation skills to work with internal teams, external partners, and customers
• Willing to be placed in Indonesia
• Positive attitude, proactive mentality, responsive, and strong work ethic
