Bilingual (speak, read and write) Japanese/English
Excellent business acumen along with good written and oral communication skills is required
Telesales experience is a plus
Able to aggressively solicit new accounts
PC literacy (Basic MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:
Work closely with our internal team to match candidates with current job openings
Target potential clients, develop relations and discover client’s business/performance issues that challenge their critical strategic business objectives
Seek ways of renewing and expanding account base of clients in order to increase revenue/profits
Taking and filling job orders with a strong focus on understanding client needs
Placement of Permanent and Temporary employees
Resolve issues in a timely and effective professional manner
Your main responsibility will be to provide best-in-class service to Interplace clients and candidates
