We are seeking technical support staff who will provide PC support to major Japanese company that we have the long term contract with. Experience preferred, fluent in Japanese is a must, we have engineer can provide the knowledge transfer. Have very comfortable and professional working environment with competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide PC window technical support service to the end user
· PC/Laptop application software installation, configuration and trouble shooting
· Close the user ticket
Requirements:
· Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
· Be able to provide tech support to Japanese users in over the phone or email
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Proficient with Windows-based systems and internet navigation
· Previous experience in technical support via email, live chat, and phone
Plus:
* The following are not essential but plus:
· 2 years of technical support experience in Japanese.
· A+ , Network +, or MCDST certificate
Other info:
· Contract-to-permanent position
· No travel necessary
· Typical working hour: weekday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
· 35 working hour per week with overtime
· We are not job agent, we have technical support contract with Japanese company directly
