TechTeam Global Inc. is a global provider of information technology and business process outsourcing services. We currently have an opening for a Bi-lingual Japanese/English Speaking Support Technician in our Southfield, MI location.
This position supports Japanese and English speaking end users regarding pharmaceutical issues. Clients include site managers, physicians, nurses, and patients. The project supports those administering and/or participating in clinical drug trials and may require assistance with PCs, laptops, and PDAs, as well as specific software contained on them. Additional duties of the position may include outgoing follow-up calls, ongoing training, reports, and research. Training will be provided.
Candidate must be fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in Japanese as well as English .
Candidate should be experienced in MS Office XP/2003 applications. To be successful you should have basic hardware troubleshooting experience for PC's, printers, laptops, and PDA devices. You must be able to work independently and be able to understand and follow documented processes and procedures; and dedicated to providing high quality customer service. The successful candidate must be able to work between the hours of 8 PM to 6:30 AM EST, Sunday – Thursday to support Japan’s business hours.
