Job Description:
The Corporate Technology Management division is expanding its current domestic infrastructure support to include our client's businesses in Japan.  This new expansion of international support will span four technology platforms: Network (voice and data), Mainframe, Wintel, and UNIX.
 
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to coding, documentation and analysis for ongoing maintenance and support of the IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM) Japan infrastructure components; configuration, analysis and management of ITIM agents and base components.

•Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
•    User ID Management, Password Synchronization, User Provisioning Policies, Managed Resource Services, utilization of an LDAP Registry and DB2 Operational datastore.  
•    In support of this infrastructure, the analyst will need to troubleshoot issues, manage problems, implement solutions and create systems specifications from requirements gathered.  This may include integrating corporate and business area architectures, assuring a high availability, disaster recovery strategy.  
•    Execute the "care and feeding" of this infrastructure's tools; to include coding, documenting specifications, upgrades, routine maintenance, vendor patches, operational efficiencies or internally driven changes.
•    These duties are performed to ensure that the daily functionality of ITIM security tool is maintained in direct support of the Corporate Information Security Office and Corporate Technology Management. Requirements include; Apply change management processes in a timely and effective manner without disruption to the flow of deliverable output to supported business areas.
•    When required, collaborate with the Information Security Office, Platform Engineering functions and counterparts within Japan to gather technical requirements, develop systems specifications and implement appropriate engineering solutions based upon business and security oversight objectives.
•    This includes streamlining of security product operations and supporting strategy, with a focus on obtaining optimum value of existing product suites; providing a relentless customer focus and results oriented environment.   
•    Specifically for but not limited to; Enterprise User Provisioning - IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM); and other products as required.


Job Requirements:

MUST HAVES:

•    Ability to speak, read, and write both English and Japanese
•    Minimum 1+ years IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (ITIM) Experience and IBM Directory Integrator (TDI).
•    Minimum 1+ years experience with user provisioning controls and software processes
•    Be able to provide technical support as a SME
•    IT related work experience  
•    Ability to work within strict guidelines
•    Ability to work in a team environment
•    Excellent written and communication skills

NICE TO HAVES:

•    Certifications in IBM Identity Manager preferred
•    CISSP Certification preferred
•    Websphere Application Server Experience is helpful
•    UNIX System Administration Experience is helpful (HP-UX)
•    Technical documentation skills desired

•    Ability to manage multiple systems and lead a team in areas of expertise to design and implement a solution.
•    Be willing to travel as needed to Japan to work closely with counterparts to gather and define requirements and use new technologies.
