Responsibilities:
  • To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation and travelling, product information and other enquiries.
  • To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers' convenient travelling.

    Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma level qualification, preferably from Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language : Japanese
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Fresh graduates with the required Japanese & English language capabilities are also encouraged to apply.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Malaysia (work permits will be prepared by Symphony)
  • Applicant must be willing to work shift hours (3.00 pm - 12.00 am).
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and phone ethics.
  • Company can assist to find accomodation near office premises for those who are interested to relocate to Malaysia.
