IT Support Analyst / Japanese-speaking / Tokyo
IT Support Analyst fluent in English and Japanese sought for leading organisation based in Tokyo, Japan. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for dealing with and resolving complex IT problems within a Microsoft desktop environment. You should have extensive experience of supporting Windows operating systems in an Active Directory and Exchange environment. You must possess strong networking skills including knowledge of Cisco LAN and WAN and router configuration. You will be familiar with a wide range of IT equipment and operating systems including Microsoft Windows, IP workstations, Windows Servers and IBM Servers, network equipment, video, fax and printer equipment. To be considered, you must be fluent in Japanese and English and possess excellent client facing skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a prestigious organisation based in Tokyo, Japan.
