Ascentive, LLC is a Philadelphia based software company with a core focus on the U.S and Japanese markets. We are currently looking for at-home Japanese Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for Native Japanese speakers with a passion for sales to use their Japanese language and communication skills with our Japanese customers. Successful candidates should be motivated, results driven, and have a keen desire to win and make money.

Although this is a work from home position, you will have the support of current team members as well as the corporate office to help you succeed.
Job Description:
Japanese Sales representatives are responsible for both customer service and sales tasks. Sales representatives supply level 1 customer service and support to Japanese customers during Japanese business hours. Level 1 support mainly consists of help with software installations, password retrieval, and software activation. Beyond customer service, Sales Representatives will provide PC Diagnostics to new customers while upselling products and services via a specific sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 Customer Service for Japanese customers
- Providing PC Diagnostics for prospective customers
- Execute a disciplined sales process and consistently close sales
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers in a courteous and concise manner
- Mandatory Participation in 3-4 day paid training (training will be in English)
